Today Viserba is the most important hamlet north of Rimini, from which it is only 4 km, it is located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, boasts more than 150 hotels, 80 Residences, 150 shops and 3 km of beach equipped for a myriad of activities for adults and children. It is a few minutes from Italy in Miniature and the Rimini Fair. It is considered one of the most beautiful and characteristic seaside villages in Italy.
Viserba was born in the first 900, after the inauguration of the railway station, when the locals discover that the area is rich in many natural sources of drinking mineral water, which springs come from underground aquifers. The water that flows clear and crystalline from many places, has a temperature of 10 degrees: a real treasure, destined to radically change the fate of the territory. One of these springs flows in Via Sacramora, from which it took its name, and quickly becomes famous in the world. FROM HOTEL TO RESIDENCE
After the Second World War, with the arrival of the economic boom, villas began to be transformed into guesthouses, hotels, Hotels. In 1960 the Hotel Margherita was founded, properly transformed into a modern accommodation facility, with 20 rooms, a dining room, a small bar and a garden (managed by the Arlotti Family Moderna).
In 2011 the Hotel Margherita, is completely renovated and transformed into a modern Residence Moderna Margherita: a summer and Winter holiday resort, with 9 apartments, 4 of which on the ground floor with private garden and 4 apartments on the first floor, reachable also by elevator, with 2 spacious and bright terraces.
